At the forefront of modern design and construction, ACQ Solomonic Builders Development Corporation (ACQSBDC) dabbles in Engineering, Design, Procurement, Supply and Construction. We have a wide range of products to cover all phases of construction: Civil & Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Auxiliaries/ Electronic Low Voltage and various construction consumables. We manufacture framing materials such as C-purlins, metal furring, carrying channels, wall angles, w-clips and metal decks. We also produce GI long span roofing, spiral steel ducts, rectangular air ducts, concrete hollow blocks, paver blocks and reinforced concrete pipes. We also supply and deliver aggregates for concrete and asphalt.
Solomonic Dry Goods Trading, our subsidiary trading company directly imports construction materials: architectural finishes such as ceramic tiles, marbles, granites, insulation and soundproofing materials, sandwich panels, ACPs, GRG ceilings and custom designed panels, electrical fixtures, wires & cables, cable trays, plumbing & bathroom fixtures, pipes & fittings, pumps and motors, all types of pipes including electrical pipes, CW pipes and BI pipes for Fire pro use. We sell wholesale and retail these materials. We carry known brands and alternate brands approved by the construction industry and mostly preferred by Architects, designers and Engineers.

MECHANICAL & HVAC SERVICES & SUPPLIES
Led by professional Mechanical Engineers, our HVAC and Mechanical teams honed by experience from both local and international companies offer a wide array of services from consultation, design, engineering and construction. Our on-going project boosts a mega construction of cooling towers, chillers, condensers, AHUs and FCUs with automated controls. We fabricate our own air ducts and import CW pipes. We adhere to Philippine National Building codes, conforms with International Building Codes and follows ASME standards. We ensure that our installations efficiently control temperature, humidity and air quality inside the building creating a comfortable, safe and healthy indoor environment.
Aside from HVAC, other Mechanical services we offer includes, Fire Protection (Fire Alarm and Detection System and various Fire Suppression Systems), Water Filtration, Sewage Treatment, Sanitation, Lifts and Escalators, supply and installation of blowers, fans, motors and pumps. We also conduct air and water balance services, flushing and Preventive Maintenance services. On small to medium scale, we also install different types of air-conditioning systems (window type, split type, and centralized system).

PLUMBING SERVICES & SUPPLIES
ACQSBDC offers a full-scale plumbing expert services from consultation, design, supply and installation. Harnessing the experience of our Master Plumber in both American and British standards of plumbing, we will ensure fast and reliable services, efficient water system and standard installation of drainage and sanitary piping. Working closely with Architects and designers, we ensure that we install medium to high quality bathroom fixtures (wall hung and standard water closets, lavatories, showers, urinals and other fixtures), bath tubs, sinks, air dryers, trough lavatories, bidets, tissue holders and towel holders. We also design and install septic tanks, grease traps and sewer treatment tanks.
Our plumbing services covers inspection, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures and appliances, leak detection and correction, unclogging, underground piping and replacement of damaged and defective fixtures. We install all types of pipes for plumbing such as PVC, PPR, HDPE and universal aluminum pipes if necessary. We also install boilers and water heaters.
We can do both installation and supply of various plumbing materials, tools and equipment. Our clientele can visit our showroom and display area for convenient shopping of bathroom fixtures.
FIRE PROTECTION and AUXILIARY SERVICES AND SUPPLIES
To protect lives and properties, Fire Protection systems should always be considered in construction of industrial, commercial and residential buildings of 3-storey and up. Developers and building owners spend millions of people for the stability, integrity and aesthetic of its structures but sometimes neglect or economized on the selection and installation of Fire Protection system.
A complete fire protection system consists of Fire Suppression system and Fire Detection & Alarm system. The design of suppression system depends on the level of hazards that the building or structure is exposed to. Design standards should be based on NFPA standard, International Building Code and Philippine National Building Code. The choice of quality, high standard and compliant fire protection system will ensure that the lives of the occupants of the building and the high investment on building the structure are protected.
ACQSBDC specializes on this field. Its list of clients includes, public and private schools, hotel and resorts, midrise residential building and dome arena. It offers design, supply and install different types of Fire Suppression system- automatic sprinkler system, FM-200, CO2, inert gases, foam and water deluge systems. It also designs, supply and install Fire Detection and Alarm system, both UL and non-UL approved systems.
Our Electronic Low Voltage team deals on various types of Auxiliary systems that includes FDAS, internet-based Paging & Background Music (PABGM), Access Control, Structured Cabling, Wireless Intercom or Radio system, CCTV and other Security system, Access Control, professional AV installations and professional lighting systems. We design, supply and install these systems.
STRUCTURAL, CIVIL and ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES & SUPPLIES
ACQSBDC has plenty of Structural and Civil Engineers, Material Engineers and a team of Architects. We offer both Design and Engineering services including Geodetic services. We have been specializing on horizontal construction since the inception of our Company and constructed several low to mid rise structures. We have an on-going construction of 75,000 seating capacity dome arena. The dome design is a collaboration between our in-house Designers, Architects and Engineers and well-known designers and Consultants. Thus, we are confident enough to handle large building design and construction.
Our Architectural services cover proof of concept, space optimization design, detailed design, perspectives, 3D and walk through presentations.
We have complete teams of carpenters, masons, welders, glass and railing installers, water proofers, ceiling installers, dry wall installers, sound proofing and insulators as we offer complete Civil and Architectural works. We can also do substructural works as we have complete sets of heavy equipment and experience steel erectors.
Again, our subsidiary, Solomonic Dry Goods Trading, can also procure on wholesale or retail all of the construction materials and consumables needed for the above construction services.
